Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients You Will Need:
sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add and gently mix all the ingredients together.Serve and Enjoy!
Zuccini and Tomato
Ingredients You Will Need:
4 large zuccinis, diced
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 clove of garlic, grated
4 basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions:
In a large sautee pan, add the olive oil to the bottom of the pan. Add the garlic and the zucchini and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and the basil to the pan and mix frequently, for 4-5 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
